1967-1971 production years of this generation
1967 The fifth generation of the Thunderbird model, produced from 1967 to 1971, is referred to as "Glamour Birds". The convetible disappears, only hardtop coupe, landau and four-door sedan were available. The first three model years have a tapered front end and headlights retracted behind the grill.
The '67 model has the following appearance features:
- simple checkered grille with retractable headlights, large emblem in the middle of the grill,
- no side-markers on the sides of the body,
- full-width rear lamp with a chrome strip inside and Thunderbird lettering,

Remarks: Grill from the '68 model year. I described it as a '67 because of lack of the side-markers.
