In this form it was produced during following years:
1926 Daimler-Motoren-Gesellschaft (DMG) merges with Benz & Cie. to form Daimler-Benz AG. From now on, the company's cars are sold under the Mercedes-Benz name. The Mercedes 15/70/100 PS is renamed to Mercedes-Benz 15/70/100 PS Type 400, or simply the Mercedes-Benz Type 400.
1929 End of production of this model. The successor is Mercedes-Benz W 08.
